Who is this digital bootcamp for?

This qualification is designed for learners who want to increase their knowledge, skills and understanding of coding. Successful completion of the required units will allow the learner to develop in-depth knowledge, skills and understanding of coding practices. It will also support progression into relevant employment and further study in coding.

Course details

The course consists of ten modules and each module contains a workbook project to demonstrate your knowledge of each subject area. The workshops are specifically designed to prepare you to sit your bootcamp exam. Once you have completed all modules, you will receive your exam voucher to sit the PCEPTM – Certified Entry‐Level Python Programmer certification exam.

Please note that this bootcamp is for employability purposes. If you are looking to upskill and remain with your employer, we would require co-funding from your employer and time allocated out of your workday. This is to ensure we can both fund and operate the bootcamp courses.

  • Aged 19 or over from the 31 August 2022 (born before 01 September 2003)
  • A citizen of a country within the European Economic Area (EEA) and a resident in the EEA for the last 3 years
  • Not in receipt of any other Adult Education Budget (AEB) funding.
