Team Leading leads to a Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading. Achieving this qualification will enable you to demonstrate your competence in the workplace.
With vision2learn, you can conveniently study this NVQ online – via your home or work PC – for FREE. To study this course, you must be aged 16+ and currently employed (or self-employed). You can also study this course if you are currently working as a volunteer.

Team Leading is a nationally recognised qualification that helps you to build a bridge to new opportunities at work. This flexible course enables you to develop your existing skills and knowledge of team leading, and to gain recognition for the work that you do.
To study this course, you must be leading a team as part of your current work role.
It’s vital that your employer knows that you want to achieve the NVQ so that they can support you and consent to an Assessor visiting you at work approximately three times during the course of your studies.
In order to achieve the NVQ, you will need to complete the following four mandatory units:
Unit one: Managing yourself Unit two: Productive relationships Unit three: Team leadership Unit four: Health and safety
Then, you will choose to study two of these five optional units:
Unit five: Encouraging innovation Unit six: Allocating teamwork Unit seven: Providing learning opportunities Unit eight: Resolving customer service problems Unit nine: Supporting customer service problems
