Studying on this fully funded course will help you make the step up from Level 1, build upon your
existing IT and Internet skills, and gain a practical qualification that’s attractive to employers.
Each ITQ unit has a credit value. You will need to build up 16 credit values to achieve a Level 2 ITQ Certificate
in IT User Skills (QCF). The units and their individual credit values are summarised below. This qualification is classed as a ‘full’ Level 2.
